The heart behind the work…
School was an anchor for me growing up, but it was also where I learned to navigate systems that didn’t always see me fully. That experience brought me to this field, allowing me to become the trusted adult who creates space for others to be fully themselves, strengths and differences alike.

You may be here because

You feel different, and you’re not sure why.

You or your child may feel different from peers, misunderstood by others, or unsure how to make sense of those experiences.

Technology is filling a gap once filled by people.

Your child or young adult has been turning to technology, such as AI chatbots, for comfort or connection, and you’re not sure whether that’s harmless or something to pay closer attention to.

Stress is starting to show.

Anxiety, stress, academic demands, or competing expectations are impacting daily functioning, and you’re looking for practical ways to manage it.

Support systems feel hard to navigate.

Whether at school, college, or work, it can be challenging to know what supports are available and how to advocate for your needs.

If any of these experiences feel familiar, the right support can provide clarity, direction, and practical next steps.
